BuxP - Exclusive Revenue Sharing Network


Please read the following rules and terms of the BuxP.info service very carefully before joining. We've tried to keep them as short and simple as possible so they would be easy to understand and follow.



1)	Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join BuxP without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we will verify the incident and then take the necessary steps for terminating your account.



2)	You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account. If you have forgotten your user information all you need to simply do is request for it to be e-mailed to you.



3)	You may refer other people in your household but only ONE member PER computer. Each member must have a unique Alertpay/Paypal account.



4)	We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice and your e-mail will be kept to be posted on a future "wall of shame".



5)	All payments to our members are made via Alertpay and Paypal. You must manually request for payment to be processed and it will be issued within 7 business days for Premium members and 30 Business days for Standard members. You are required to have a verified payment account in order to get paid. You must accumulate at least $7.99 before payment will be issued. A minimum of 150 clicks is requested before cashout. We kindly ask you to post payment proofs on the forum. You can purchase Advertising through Alertpay, Paypal and MobillCash.



6)	You must have a valid e-mail address and valid Alertpay or Paypal address to register with our program. All e-mail addresses are verified and the system will not let you join without validating at least your e-mail address first. A verification e-mail is sent to you upon registration.



7)	Our current pay rate is up to $0.006 for each website you visit and up to $0.003 for each website your direct referrals visit. Premium members earn up to $0.011 for each website they visit and up to $0.006 for each website their referrals visit. 



8)	You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program but you will only earn referral income those that you DIRECTLY refer. We have the rights to delete your referrals from your downline for any reason, and deduct money from your balance if we find that your referrals have earned their money in a suspicious way.



9)	Advertising fees are to be paid via Alertpay, Paypal, Credit Card or MobillCash only. Alertpay accepts all major Credit Cards($500 Limit), bank transfers and Alertpay funds. Mobillcash accepts Pay by SMS.


10)	By joining BuxP.info, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.


11)	You are not an employee of BuxP.info and you are not an independent contractor for BuxP.info. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or BuxP.info has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.


12)	We have the right to change our terms of service at anytime without prior consent or notice. Latter notices will be posted via the BuxP.info stats area or e-mailed to you.


13)	Users are obligated to be able to read and understand proper English. If unable to prove this, you will be banned. As a user of BuxP, you are supposed to read the descriptions written by our advertisers before you click the link. If you fail to do this, your balance will be reset to $0. Chinese and Pakistani Members are NOT Allowed. No restrictions made for other countries. However, faking your nationality is easy trackable and will result in a Ban. 


14)	It is not allowed to purchase referrals through independent Services. You can ONLY purchase referrals from BuxP.info ON BuxP.info. If we find out you are using such a service, you will be banned without notice. Sites that offer Mass referral deals are not allowed either. You are not allowed to join BuxP if your referrer comes from a Site that offers you money to join under them (mass "refback" sites). Personal "refback" and "cashback" deals are allowed.


15)	By failing serving the TOS from any Payment processor on BuxP, we have the right to ban you. If you have not logged in on BuxP in the paste 60 days, your account will be frozen.


16)	Liability: BuxP.info will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. BuxP.info reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. BuxP.info, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.
